The welcome we received at check-in exceeded our expectations. The staff really made our family feel valued and attended to during our stay.

I loved that everything I wanted to explore was just a short walk, with the beach just a few steps away and the Laem Panwa Viewpoint almost 2 km away, providing fantastic views and great walking paths for city strolls.

Lovely beach access and friendly staff, but breakfast was overpriced at 350 Baht each.

Had an amazing time with my friends! We loved relaxing at the rooftop pool and enjoyed visiting the nearby Phuket Aquarium and Khao Khad Views Tower. The location is a bit quiet, but it was nice being away from the hustle. Be prepared to explore local dining options as hotel food can be pricey!

One downside was the poor maintenance in some areas. we noticed some mold issues that definitely detracted from our comfort.

I really enjoyed lounging by the beachfront and swimming in the lovely infinity pool every evening. The spa had a fantastic coffee scrub and the beach was great for unwinding, although the sea had some rocky bits I didn't expect. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, just remember to explore other beach options nearby! 🌴

We spent 10 wonderful nights at Bandara Phuket Beach Resort to celebrate our anniversary! The staff were incredibly friendly, and we loved the thoughtful welcome gesture in our room. The tranquility of the area was perfect for relaxing, and we appreciated the direct access to Ao Yon Beach. The room was spacious and clean, featuring a partial sea view and excellent air conditioning.

Some services could improve, particularly at the Flamingo Bar.

The beach had beautiful views, but it was unfortunately very polluted.

The pool area was relaxing, and the cocktails by the rooftop bar were a highlight of my visit. One area for improvement would be enforcing the policy on sunbed reservations to avoid guest conflicts.

I stayed in a Superior Double or Twin Room, and it was pretty nice. The cleanliness was spot on, and the partial sea view from the balcony was fantastic. Comfortable bed and decent air conditioning kept the room feeling cozy. It was quiet at night, which helped me relax. Just wish the minibar was checked more often because it led to some misunderstanding. Overall, I enjoyed the space!

The outdoor pool was impressive and relaxing.

Our experience was completely ruined by the lack of information upon our arrival. We were dropped off at the villa in the dark and had to walk down a poorly lit path to the main resort. The service at the restaurant was abysmal. our food order was lost, and by the time we got a response, everything was closed.

The rooftop pool offers impressive views over the beach, perfect for a relaxing dip. Various dining options, including seafood and BBQ buffets, presented a wide range of flavorful Thai and Western dishes right at the hotel.

It's quite a trek from the hotel to popular Phuket attractions. a taxi to Patong takes about an hour and costs a pretty penny. The limited sun terrace space can become a hassle as sunbeds fill up quickly, and some guests tend to hog them by leaving towels unattended. Ongoing renovation work disrupted the serene atmosphere, especially if you have a room near it, which can be a bummer for anyone seeking tranquility.

our stay at bandara was fantastic! the hotel has a beautiful outdoor pool with breathtaking views. it's located right next to a quiet beach, which was perfect for relaxation. we loved the local convenience stores just a short walk away. special thanks to the friendly staff for their excellent service and the wonderful spa treatments offered during our stay!
